Immersive sound has become a great buzzword in the audio industry over the last few years. But it is often the case that immersive sound installations involve complex design work and multiple loudspeaker positions.

With this online seminar we will showcase a new approach to immersive soundscapes by means of our revolutionary technology. The session will provide an overview of our 3D beamforming capabilities and explore sonic immersion in conjunction with wave field synthesis. Among other aspects we will consider spatial sound reproduction technologies, define ‘immersive sound’ and other related terms, and outline the main criteria for quality.

Meet the speaker: Emad El-Saghir

Emad is an experienced acoustician and AV engineer in the field of room acoustics and electroacoustics. With more than 15 years of experience in global consulting offices, he has been involved in many projects internationally. To share his experience, he gives acoustic and EASE trainings in different parts of the world.
